Andrew has 18 years of investment experience, the last 13 of them in private equity at one of South Africa's premier firms. His track record includes investing in and disposing of assets awarded Private Equity Deal of the Year by DealMakers South Africa in 2017 and 2020. He is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance Honours) from the University of Cape Town.

Pule co-founded TheIntrepid and was previously a founding partner at a leading African-focused venture capital firm, where he backed and served on the boards of several high-growth technology companies. He has held investment roles across Johannesburg, Cape Town and New York, and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Mvi is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 12 years of experience in private equity and principal investing. He has led and executed transactions across captive and independent funds, held senior corporate finance roles, and serves on the board of a leading services group.

Galen has 18 years of investment experience across the listed, private and venture capital markets. Before co-founding TheIntrepid he was a shareholder, portfolio manager and head of research at a respected asset manager. He holds Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA charterholder.
